Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Social Media Management, or as a Virtual Assistant
- Proficient with Google Suite and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Strong skills in graphic and video editing
- Must be a Filipino citizen residing in the Philippines
- A dedicated, secluded workspace free from noise and distractions
- An updated personal computer or laptop with a webcam and at least 20GB of free storage
- A stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps, with a backup option (pocket WiFi or mobile data)
Responsibilities
- Oversee social media content creation and manage the overall social media strategy
- Develop and implement weekly or monthly content plans that engage and connect with the target audience
- Create platform-specific content and manage postings across designated social media channels
- Grow and engage the follower base in alignment with marketing objectives
- Edit graphics and videos to enhance social media posts and campaigns
