Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations and process coordination
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proactive and analytical mindset with good attention to detail
  • Strong focus on compliance and maintaining high level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Excellent communicator, both oral and written
  • Experience working with cross-border teams
  • Accustomed to using MS Office suite and HR systems

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR audit requests with internal global and regional HR teams to deliver the necessary evidence by expected timeline
  • Maintain organised records to support audit readiness and compliance activities
  • Assist in conducting periodic reviews of auditable HR processes to ensure alignment with global standards
  • Assist in mapping Global HR processes, supporting the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency within HR Operations
  • Assist in updating Global HR procedures to support global policies and process alignment, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Partner with global and regional HR teams to coordinate initiatives and facilitate smooth execution and alignment of Global HR processes
  • Prepare and deliver ad hoc HR data reports for business stakeholders
