Summary

Join the emerging Global Institute team as our Global Strategy & Operations Lead to manage complex programmatic operations and cross-team collaboration. This role is responsible for managing systems, communications, and administrative tasks that ensure co-learners, faculty, and team members are connected, aligned, and supported.

Requirements

• Experience managing complex projects, teams and operations to deadlines in a dynamic/ fluid/ ambiguous environment
• Ability to build relationships/ partnerships and communicate across cultures and virtually
• Ability to mobilize others without formal authority
• Ability to operate with little direction
• Deep commitment to diversity and inclusiveness - as a manager, within this team, across teams, in self learning etc
