• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and employer branding techniques
• Familiarity with various selection methods, including interviews and assignments
• Demonstrated humility, with a willingness to learn from feedback and adjust as needed
• Exceptional sense of ownership and accountability for the recruitment process and outcomes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Recruiting: Work collaboratively with internal teams and hiring managers to support recruitment efforts for both Tech and non-Tech roles
• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as social media, job portals, and internet sourcing to engage and attract potential candidates
• Selection and Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback
• Employer branding: Participate in employment events, such as online career fairs; contribute to building Sleek's employer brand
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and employment; stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with global recruitment and an understanding of different labor markets is a plus
