Responsibilities

  • Support Dentons operations in identifying and hiring the right people in the right place at the right time and cost
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process from initiation to making and offer and above
  • Deliver a proactive, end to end recruitment service to our, candidates, and stakeholders
  • Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies
  • Work with the business in creating effective job descriptions and use multiple innovative channels to attract the right talent
  • Keep across external initiatives, market trends and routes to market, bringing the learnings into your day to day activity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting across multiple countries
  • Excellent sourcing skills using different tools (Linkedin, Boolan, direct search, networking, etc)
