Growth Lead

Summary

Join our growth team as a Growth Lead to interact with customers, assist with growth activities, and work with proposal and capture teams to build solutions for federal agencies.

Requirements

• B.S. ideally in a technical field, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Technical background of some kind is a big plus
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD patterns
• Understanding of the Software Factory model a huge plus
• Experience with programs that use applied AI techniques a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Work with our growing capture, proposal and architecture efforts to build compelling solutions for our Federal Clients
• Identify target customers, and evangelize our technical capabilities
• Report to our VP and C-level team
