Summary
Join Vouched, a fast-growing technology company, as a Growth Lead to accelerate the growth of knowthat.ai, a marketplace for AI agents. You will design, execute, and optimize strategies to drive user and agent acquisition, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and scale successful tactics. Your mission is to maximize the number of AI agents listed and boost consumer adoption of knowthat.ai. This role requires a creative, data-driven approach and strong analytical skills. The position offers a remote work environment and competitive compensation and benefits.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or product rolesโideally in a startup or marketplace environment
- Proven track record of driving user and/or supply-side growth for digital platforms
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance metrics
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and marketing automation tools
- Technical proficiency: ability to collaborate with developers, use web analytics, and implement low-code/no-code solutions
- Creative, entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments
- Excellent communication and project management skills; able to work cross-functionally and independently
- Up to speed on the latest developments and evolution in AI
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative strategies to grow both the AI agent inventory and user base of knowthat.ai
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, user research, and market insights
- Design, launch, and optimize experiments (A/B tests, viral loops, referral programs, etc.) to drive platform adoption and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling campaigns across digital channels (SEO, SEM, content, social, email, partnerships)
- Work with product and engineering to optimize onboarding, user flows, and conversion funnels for both agent creators and end users
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, report on KPIs, and iterate based on results
- Stay up-to-date with growth hacking trends, tools, and best practices to keep knowthat.ai ahead of the curve
- Build and nurture a community of AI agent creators and users through events, content, and engagement programs
