Growth Manager

Summary

Join Palta, a rapidly growing tech platform with over 60 million monthly active users, as their Growth Manager for the Lovi app. You will focus on web funnel optimization and monetization, working with a cross-functional team to achieve ambitious growth and revenue targets. This role requires 3+ years of experience in B2C subscription app growth, expertise in marketing-led growth, CRO, and paid marketing, and a strong analytical background. You'll be instrumental in analyzing the web-to-web funnel, improving acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and LTV. This is a unique opportunity to launch a new product from the ground up and significantly impact people's lives while gaining valuable experience in a fast-growing startup.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in growth in B2C subscription apps, with expertise in Marketing-led growth, CRO and paid marketing
• Proven track record of building engaging storytelling onboardings that are tailored to different user segments
• Proven track record of successfully driving growth through market analysis, user researches, CRO, and revenue-centric strategies
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Ability to execute under deadlines and accountability for ambitious goals
• Growth/marketing experimental mindset with a desire to learn and iterate at a rapid pace
• Highly data-literate approach with a strong revenue growth intuition based on pattern customer behavior and market trends
• Confident and clear communication skills with the ability to create the right narrative for sharing ideas at every level in the organization
• Fluency in English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Analyze the web-to-web funnel and pinpoint areas for improvement
• Concentrate on acquisition, activation, conversion optimization, retention, average bill, LTV, organic growth, and referral growth
• Find a balance between generating revenue and retaining users
