Summary

Join a data-driven digital advertising and retention marketing firm as a Growth Marketer. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This remote position requires experience in growth marketing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in various marketing channels and tools. You will own performance marketing efforts, optimize conversion rates, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities. The role involves collaborating with sales and product teams and reporting on key performance metrics. This is a full-time, long-term independent contractor position with a competitive salary and work-from-home flexibility.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot)
  • Ability to develop compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute and iterate quickly

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies, including paid media, content marketing, email, SEO, and social
  • Own performance marketing efforts (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to drive customer acquisition and optimize CAC
  • Build and execute A/B testing strategies to improve conversion rates across the funnel
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns for lead nurturing and retention
  • Optimize website performance through CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup environment
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and organic growth strategies
  • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for landing page optimization
