Join Headway's Referral Marketing team and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing the therapy healthcare marketplace. We're building a best-in-class referral program, and you'll design and launch experiments, collaborate with a cross-functional team, craft multi-channel campaigns, leverage data insights, and develop engagement strategies. You'll track performance, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to a high-growth startup environment. This role requires 4-6+ years of experience as a growth marketer in high-growth environments, a customer-centric approach, data-driven decision-making, and experience with cross-functional teams. Requirements

  • 4-6+ years experience as a growth marketer or operator in high-growth environments
  • An empathetic, customer-centric approach that keeps the customer experience at the center
  • Data-driven - you love to dig into the numbers and details to derive new insights and identify new opportunities
  • Thrive in a fast paced, high-growth startup environment and have launched experiments in these environments
  • Excited by the opportunity to own end to end initiatives, from high level strategy as well as roll-up the sleeves work to get things done
  • Proven track record of setting targets and creating a strategic framework to consistently meet them
  • Experienced in working with cross functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Design and launch new experiments to further extend our referral program
  • Work with a dynamic cross-functional team to create new product features
  • Craft a multi-channel campaign plan for referrals, optimizing existing channel tactics and introducing emerging trends through high velocity experimentation
  • Leverage customer and data insights to identify opportunities for new segmentation strategies
  • Develop strategy and best practices for engaging user base across segments and cohorts
  • Track and analyze program performance, and identify opportunities for optimization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with referral programs, B2B, and/or marketplaces

  • Salary information is based on a single salary target per role and is differentiated based on geographic location (Group A, B, or C) Group A: $135,000 Group B: $122,500 Group C: $108,000
