Summary

Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience working in a hyper-growth, start-up environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the use of marketing technology and analytics tools
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms including Hubspot, Salesforce, Tableau, Clay, Domo, event platforms, and other marketing technology
  • A track record of delivering measurable results in demand generation and account based marketing
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to tell stories through data

Responsibilities

  • Drive campaign initiatives aligned with the global and local strategies to generate qualified demand and pipeline
  • Collaborate with field marketing, account based marketing, product marketing, content, marketing operations, and other cross functional teams to ensure demand generation initiatives meet pipeline objectives. Collaborate with global digital marketing to ensure the promotion of localized content on our inbound channels
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our marquee global event series
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and paid advertising
  • Optimize lead nurturing programs to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales pipeline, by working closely with field marketing and marketing operations.’
  • Use both 1st party and 3rd party data (and providers) to drive repeatable pipeline growth
  • Continuously monitor and analyze demand generation performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions, and optimizations
  • Provide regular reports and updates on growth marketing performance to the marketing and sales leadership team
