Requirements

• Be extremely organised with a high attention to detail
• Have 3+ years of experience in a Marketing Manager role or similar, ideally focused on content, events, or webinars
• Be skilled at managing remote teams and handling client communication, both verbal and written
• Have proven experience in B2B marketing

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for 3-5 clients, ensuring smooth and responsive communication
• Brief and delegate tasks to your pod, including a copywriter, designer, and marketing assistant
• Roll up your sleeves and dive into execution alongside your team, ensuring strategies come to life effectively
• Review and provide feedback on completed work from pod members, ensuring quality and alignment with strategy
• Support the day-to-day execution of client marketing strategies
• Report and analyse campaign performance to refine future strategies
• Collaborate with the Strategist to adjust and enhance client strategies as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Have HubSpot familiarity
• Have B2B SaaS experience
