Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in growth marketing and lead generation, preferably in the K-12 education sector
  • Expertise in Hubspot, SalesForce, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels
  • Strong writing skills with demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with internal teams and external partners

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to rapidly increase top-of-funnel leads through paid search, email campaigns, paid digital, etc
  • Identify, evaluate, and optimize various acquisition channels to maximize lead generation and cost-effectiveness
  • Work closely with Sales to monitor sales funnel conversions and optimize processes
  • Routinely utilize A/B testing to ensure programs are always improving
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze the performance of various marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Measure the success and effectiveness of growth marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling messaging at the national, state, and local levels. Develop landing pages and promotional content to attract and engage prospects
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the K-12 education industry and digital marketing landscape
