Requirements

  • More than 2 years of experience in campaign management, demand generation, or related marketing roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing
  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company is highly preferred
  • A data-driven and analytical mindset with a passion for experimentation and growth hacking
  • Excellent English communication, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing plans, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance
  • Oversee all aspects of multi-channel campaigns across performance marketing, content marketing, events, webinars, sponsorships, and more
  • Collaborate on integrated competitive, affiliate, and partner campaigns within the prescriptive buyer journeys
  • Manage third-party vendors for media buying, sponsorships, and events
  • Own campaign results, providing ongoing reporting and insights to stakeholders
  • Analyze market research, customer insights, and data to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI
  • Track industry trends, competition, and customer insights to transform findings into compelling business cases and testimonials
  • Use marketing automation tools and email nurturing to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey
  • Work with other Marketing teams such as Product Marketing and Demand Generation to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with Creative, Sales, Customer Success, as well as with external agencies to produce and optimize campaigns
  • Document processes for transparency and continuous improvement
  • Manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the e-learning or educational technology industry is a plus
  • Comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data to perform analysis
