Requirements
- Commercial experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the technology or AI industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand-generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a creative and strategic mindset
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with Leonardo.Aiβs business goals for both the business and consumer markets
- Plan, execute, and optimise demand-gen marketing campaigns (including email, SEO, content collaborations, influencer marketing, and performance marketing channels) to test and scale high-performing channels and campaigns
- Design and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Support the sales team with relevant content to drive conversion of B2B prospects
- Collaborate with the content team and platform creators to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audience and supports demand generation efforts
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive program efficiency
- Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, messaging, and lead handoff processes
- Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI
