Summary

Join Nanit, a high-growth baby tech company, as a Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance media channels and drive customer acquisition. You will develop and implement acquisition strategies across various platforms, partner with agencies, manage budgets, lead creative content strategy, and report on campaign performance. This role requires 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in Meta or TikTok, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in performance marketing, specifically building multi-channel strategies in Meta or TIkTok
  • Prior experience managing budgets that directly impact P/L
  • Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into action
  • High level of business acumen with an analytical approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and thrives under pressure

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies across paid media platforms including Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Direct Mail, and Affiliates, measuring effectiveness through incrementality testing and experimentation
  • Partner closely with external media agencies and partners to continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, regularly making data-driven decisions to optimize for KPIs
  • Oversee and manage a channel budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI
  • Lead creative content strategy and testing roadmap, working closely with creative & social teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning, messaging and user journey optimization
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Research and identify new opportunities to drive Nanit’s acquisition efforts efficiently and sustainably

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and incrementality measurement approaches
  • A strong sense for brand and details; an eye for creativity that gets results
