Responsibilities

• Develop a vision, strategy, and roadmap for our brand growth programs and customer acquisition engine across organic and paid channels
• Drive our end-to-end program for paid and organic strategies—everything it takes to make these channels efficient growth levers for OAK
• Establish quarterly and annual goals. Collaborate to build the infrastructure to properly measure your efforts against these goals
• Test and optimize, fast. Must be able to quickly build, iterate, and measure campaigns and experiments across multiple channels, the website, and in the field
• Be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of your tech stack. This may include timely tool onboarding, tool integrations, data hygiene, and report-building

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferably located in San Francisco or the Bay Area
• Proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills in English
