Join our client, a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency, as their new Growth Marketing Manager. This fully remote position demands a results-oriented individual to spearhead customer acquisition, elevate brand visibility, and drive substantial business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing scalable lead generation funnels, paid advertising campaigns, and engaging content strategies. Collaboration with outsourced specialists and internal teams is crucial for optimizing marketing efforts and aligning them with overall business objectives. Success in this role will be measured by increased customer acquisition, optimized marketing funnels, and content/paid media strategies that boost ROI. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in growth marketing and a strong understanding of paid and organic marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Experience – 3+ years in growth marketing, digital strategy, or performance marketing
  • Expertise – Strong understanding of paid and organic marketing strategies
  • Technical Proficiency – Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, analytics tools, and automation platforms
  • Analytical Mindset – Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize campaigns for conversions
  • Collaboration – Works effectively with content strategists, designers, and outsourced teams

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute customer acquisition and growth strategies, increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and audience expansion
  • Develop scalable marketing funnels, paid advertising strategies, and engagement tactics to drive business growth
  • Optimize conversion rate strategies, enhancing lead capture through high-performing landing pages and ad creatives
  • Manage outsourced specialists for paid media, SEO, and other growth initiatives as needed
  • Design performance-driven social media strategies, ensuring high engagement and visibility
  • Implement data-driven engagement strategies, refining efforts to maximize reach and lead conversion
  • Provide strategic oversight for industry-specific content, ensuring alignment with audience needs and engagement trends
  • Track and analyze performance data to continuously refine and improve marketing efforts
