Summary

Join a fast-growing SaaS company as their Growth Marketing Manager and drive digital marketing, lead generation, and GTM motions. You will own and optimize the CRM and marketing automation stack, build reporting and attribution systems, and manage integrations across GTM tools. Responsibilities include executing digital campaigns, developing GTM content, optimizing the website and funnel, and translating technical concepts into engaging marketing content. Success will be measured by scalable lead generation, high-impact marketing collateral, an optimized digital presence, and data-driven campaign improvements. Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in product/digital marketing, with background in enterprise tech, SaaS, or open-source environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns and GTM strategies
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing content
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, campaign management, and performance tracking
  • Strong SEO knowledge, A/B testing expertise, and digital content optimization
  • Excellent written English with the ability to create, edit, and guide content effectively
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to take ownership of projects
  • Technically savvy, with a strong grasp of distributed computing and open-source ecosystems
  • Extremely data driven
  • Creative and adaptable, able to execute both strategy and hands-on content creation
  • Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working across multiple teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the CRM and marketing automation stack (Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot): Maintain clean data, manage lead/account records, build and optimize scoring models, lead routing, and nurture flows
  • Build and scale reporting and attribution systems: Create dashboards and reporting across the funnel, implement multi-touch attribution, and deliver insights on lead quality, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI
  • Drive tooling and integration strategy for growth: Manage integrations across GTM tools (ad platforms, enrichment, intent data, middleware), support ABM programs, and enable scalable campaign and sales workflows
  • Digital Campaign Execution & Management: Own and execute email and drip campaigns, segment audiences, create engaging content, and track performance to optimize conversion rates
  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Content Development: Develop high-impact assets such as whitepapers, one-pagers, sales decks, investor presentations, and press releases to support business growth
  • Website & Funnel Optimization: Enhance website content, create compelling landing pages, optimize CTAs, automate sequences and ensure digital assets support lead generation and brand awareness
  • Storytelling & Content Strategy: Translate technical concepts into engaging marketing content, ensuring messaging resonates with developers, enterprise buyers, and stakeholders
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, SEO improvements, and campaign analysis to refine strategies and maximize impact

Preferred Qualifications

Canva, Figma, or similar design tools experience is highly advantageous
