We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation Specialist based in South Africa to develop and execute lead generation campaigns using various platforms and tools like Zapier and CRM systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing and technology, with expertise in setting up and managing marketing automations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing with a strong focus on automation and technology
• Expertise in setting up and managing marketing automations, particularly with Zapier
• Proficiency in CRM systems, with experience in optimizing and integrating them with marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and tactics
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Based in South Africa, with the ability to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across various platforms
• Scrape job sites like Indeed to identify potential leads for our sales team
• Create, manage, and optimize marketing automations using tools like Zapier
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively captured and nurtured
• Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure seamless integration with marketing campaigns
• Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve results
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing automation and CRM

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Familiarity with scraping tools and techniques for lead generation
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
