Requirements
- Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in developing and executing growth marketing strategies specifically tailored to online marketplaces
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition within various marketplace platforms such as Shop App, Macyβsβ Official Site , Nordstrom.com, and others
- +3 years of experience with Amazon in any field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and optimize marketing performance metrics
- Experience in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketplace growth
- Expertise in managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with a focus on direct response and brand positioning
- Experience in media buying, ad targeting, budget management, and optimization to achieve cost-efficient customer acquisition and revenue growth goals
- Proficiency in developing compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels tailored to different marketplace audiences
- Love for problem-solving and bringing creative solutions, dedicated and strong attention to detail
- High sense of urgency and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own and execute strategic plans to generate revenue through new marketplaces such as Shop App, Macyβs, and Nordstrom.com, achieving forecasted growth and EBITDA margin targets. Optimize product funnels, organic positioning, and product page CRO to maximize performance
- Align with Creative Strategists to develop and test communication plans based on business priorities. Ensure creatives are optimized for each audience, product, and traffic source, adhering to brand standards while driving direct response performance
- Analyze data to identify deviations, deliver actionable insights, and set clear recovery actions with due dates and owners. Continuously benchmark competitor strategies to implement improvements across funnels
- Develop and execute testing strategies for store elements, from product pages to thank-you pages, to improve conversion rates (CVR) and profit per order (PPO). Collaborate with teams to deploy landing pages tailored to target audience engagement
- Define and track timely OKRs, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day targets. Develop project timelines and resource forecasts, ensuring high-quality execution of acquisition campaigns and growth strategies
- Work closely with marketing, growth, and creative teams to enhance subscription and activation rates. Lead integration efforts for features like SMS flows and new store components, addressing bottlenecks to meet acquisition goals
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, presenting KPIs and actionable insights aligned with OKRs. Adopt a test-and-learn approach to rapidly implement winning strategies and continuously refine growth initiatives
