Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing or Lead Generation role, with a proven track record of driving measurable results
  • Industry experience in SaaS, fintech or payments is essential
  • Language proficiency required: Fluent in English, with advanced Spanish skills; Portuguese is a plus
  • Technical expertise: Strong experience with Salesforce and Hubspot, with a focus on optimizing lead generation and growth strategies
  • Analytical experience: Strong data skills required. Pivot table capabilities a minimum, SQL/Python preferred
  • Startup experience: Experience at startups that have seen a similar stage of growth. Been part of a small growth marketing team that has ideally grown over tenure

Responsibilities

  • Driving customer acquisition and retention
  • Blending data-driven performance marketing with impactful campaign strategies for different regions across the globe
  • SEO Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to enhance website ranking through content and technical optimization, including keyword research, data analysis, and collaboration with content teams
  • Marketing Campaigns Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI and engagement
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing experiments to optimize website elements, layouts, and messaging, driving better conversion rates and overall performance
  • Lead Generation: Drive inbound pipeline growth through SEO and content strategies, increasing organic traffic and generating qualified leads
  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies that align with growth objectives, using data-driven and innovative approaches
  • New Channel Exploration: Research and test new marketing channels to enhance growth efforts and maintain a competitive edge
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and present insights to stakeholders, using data to adjust strategies and improve results
  • Marketing Automation: Build a demand engine leveraging Hubspot and other martech to source, stamp, engage, score, and route leads
