Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the drive to identify new business opportunities and build long lasting sustainable relationships that support these
  • Experience of developing and delivering successful health care solutions in the market place
  • Quantitative analysis skills, with experience in building commercial finance models and providing robust business cases for new business opportunities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for reports and presentations
  • Able to travel to support the development of business to business relationships

Responsibilities

  • Drive the growth strategy with direction from the ELT
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on prospective markets and opportunities
  • Engage with new and potential customers, and build relationships with them
  • Proactively promote the company's services to potential customers
  • Build financial models to inform opportunity sizing, pricing and commercial viability of opportunities
  • Bring internal teams together (customer success, clinical, product, etc) in scoping out solutions for prospective customers
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective customers
  • Help to write heads of terms and lead on contract negotiations
  • Work closely with the CSM Team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients
  • Prepare monthly updates for the ELT and Board of Directors
  • Update business development pipeline tracking tools (Hubspot)
  • Organise logistical details for meetings with potential customers and strategic partners
