Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing P&L within a business unit or similar entity, alongside adept skills in long-term financial forecasting and business planning
  • Demonstrated responsibility for driving revenue growth within a business area (e.g., department, division, or company), coupled with the skill to execute plans and drive initiatives effectively
  • Expertise in leading and developing teams, building structure, and fostering a performance within development-oriented culture
  • Robust experience in establishing and nurturing trust-based relationships with clients, managing key accounts, and proficiently negotiating business terms
  • Ability to provide valuable advice in your Business Unitโ€™s expert domains to both potential and existing clients
  • A track record of ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, aligning teams, and processes to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Proficient in communicating effectively, both in written and verbal forms, with high-quality presentation skills in both Lithuanian and English

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Business Unitโ€™s P&L comprehensively
  • Take full responsibility for the Business Unitโ€™s strategic planning and long-term financial forecasting, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and market dynamics
  • Take full ownership of revenue planning and execution to drive the growth of the Business Unit, ensuring its success by implementing effective business development strategies
  • Be responsible for people management and planning the Business Unit's resources, fostering a culture of development, performance, and engagement within the Business Unit
  • Establish and maintain trust-based partnerships with clients (key accounts management, negotiate business terms of current contracts, advise potential and current clients in the Business Unit's expert business domains)
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to drive the successful conversion of sales opportunities into signed contracts
  • Execute Business Unit plans and contribute to department-wide initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with other Business Units and company functions
