Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management in Cloud Data Center or related industry
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and production scheduling
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply planners across multiple regions or product lines
  • Establish best practices and standardized processes for global supply planning
  • Drive performance management, coaching, and career development initiatives
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and service level agreements with our OxM partners
  • Ensure supplier compliance with sourcing, quality, on-time delivery and sustainability requirements
  • Assess potential disruptions in the supply chain and mitigating risks
  • Drive cost reductions through supplier negotiations and process improvements
  • Leverage ERP & advanced planning tools (Oracle Netsuite, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, etc.) to improve supply planning accuracy
  • Drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Partner and collaborate with engineering and product partners to drive development, manufacturing and supplier management deliverables

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems (e.g.,Oracle, Netsuite, Kinaxis) is preferred
