Summary

The job is for a Talent Acquisition Leader to head up global talent acquisition operations in the AI department of an expanding international company. The role involves leading a team of 20 people, developing a talent marketing strategy, and managing high volume recruitment campaigns. The candidate should have significant experience at Director/senior management level in a global talent acquisition team, be highly strategic and innovative, experienced in crowdsourcing or gig recruitment, and AI Data services is preferable.

Requirements

• Significant experience at Director/senior management level in a global talent acquisition team
• Highly strategic, innovative, and experienced at managing people
• Experienced in leading or strategically overseeing high volume temporary global recruitment campaigns involving 1000s of gig workers/temporary hires

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a globally dispersed recruitment team of 20 people
• Own the deployment of an innovative, differentiated talent marketing strategy
• Agree strategies and processes for success in different markets around the world

Preferred Qualifications

• Experienced in crowdsourcing or gig recruitment
• AI Data services is preferable

Benefits

• Up to £140,000 + 16% bonus (if based in UK)
• Up to $180,000 + 16% bonus (if based in USA)
