Responsibilities
- Define and evolve SwissBorgβs bold, community-driven brand to align with our mission of democratizing wealth
- Lead emotionally compelling storytelling across all channels that builds trust and long-term user loyalty
- Maintain a distinct market position that showcases SwissBorgβs innovations in wealth management and DeFi
- Build and scale a high-performance marketing team that thrives on speed, creativity, and execution
- Align acquisition, retention, and brand into a cohesive, high-impact strategy
- Foster a cross-functional, data-driven culture with a bias toward experimentation and viral growth
- Lead aggressive, creative paid and organic growth strategies to drive user acquisition at scale
- Optimise the entire conversion funnel to ensure seamless onboarding and scalable acquisition loops
- Own and execute impactful go-to-market strategies for new products and regions, starting with Switzerland and France markets
- Transform the community into a growth engine through gamification, advocacy, and Web3-native tactics
- Own and optimise website performance, SEO, ad campaigns, and conversion rates across platforms
- Manage and maximise the marketing budget with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and transparent performance tracking
