Job Description: HiHello is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team and drive revenue growth. The role involves developing marketing strategy, building the brand, driving customer acquisition and retention, product marketing, analytics, team leadership, and budget management. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, proven track record in a senior marketing role, strong leadership skills, expertise in digital marketing, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record (5+ years) in a senior marketing role, preferably within startups or high-growth companies
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drove measurable business impact
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with 3+ years experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams
• Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, branding, product marketing, growth marketing, and strategic marketing
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in leveraging marketing analytics and tools for decision-making
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
