Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of owning and driving marketing-sourced revenue growth in a SaaS, CPaaS, or B2B tech company
  • Deep understanding of B2B demand generation, performance marketing, and full-funnel growth strategies
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot) and CRM tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
  • Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams to optimize lead generation and conversion
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, forecast trends, and drive ROI-focused marketing
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to scale marketing operations across multiple geographies in a fast-growing company

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a high-impact demand generation strategy to drive a consistent pipeline of sales-qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Lead multi-channel acquisition efforts (paid media, content, SEO, email, events, partnerships) to scale growth across key markets
  • Optimize lead nurturing and conversion strategies to increase customer acquisition efficiency
  • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to accelerate sales cycles for mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Define and communicate Wati’s unique value proposition in the CPaaS and business messaging space
  • Establish Wati as the go-to brand for WhatsApp-driven business solutions through thought leadership, PR, and strategic partnerships
  • Oversee content strategy to drive inbound leads, market education, and brand authority
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with pipeline targets and revenue goals
  • Develop sales enablement materials (case studies, decks, battle cards, industry reports) to support the sales team in closing deals faster
  • Optimize marketing-to-sales handoff processes, ensuring a seamless transition from MQL to SQL to closed deal
  • Map and optimize the B2B customer journey to maximize engagement, conversion rates, and retention
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn
  • Leverage data and automation to drive personalized marketing at scale
  • Own and analyze key marketing performance metrics (CAC, LTV, SQL conversion rates, marketing-sourced revenue)
  • Use A/B testing, analytics, and attribution modeling to continuously improve marketing performance
  • Implement marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools to measure ROI effectively
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing global marketing team
  • Foster a growth-oriented, data-driven, and sales-focused marketing culture
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously innovate in marketing strategies and execution
