Requirements

  • Be an efficiency machine -- master of time management, self-prioritization, and bias for action
  • Be structured and organized -- able to structure a plan, align stakeholders (including c-level executives), and execute
  • Be a clear communicator -- able to express yourself clearly and professionally with great detail, both verbally and in writing
  • Be a people person -- able to build trusting relationships with stakeholders while getting things done, and combine empathy with a willingness to have direct, challenging conversations
  • Be data-driven -- make decisions with insights based on detailed research and data analysis; resilient in collecting necessary data
  • Be willing to roll up sleeves – effectively navigate between high-level strategic conversations and remain close to the ground details
  • Travel up to 20% for company-wide quarterly gatherings, conferences, team offsite workshops, partner meetings, and industry-related events
  • Work during US time-zone friendly business hours
  • Be a native English speaker

Responsibilities

  • Own our Channel Partnerships program end-to-end, including defining and executing our partnerships strategy
  • Build and implement a prioritized roadmap to nurture and convert channel partner opportunities into active sales conversations, identify priority partners and generate sales pipeline
  • Develop strong relationships within partner organizations to identify the right individuals to progress partnership work, unblock collaboration, etc

  • Base salary range of $156,700-$193,300 per year, plus eligibility for additional commission/bonus ranging $78,000-$97,000, with an overall OTE of $234,700-$290,300
  • Eligibility for an additional end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options
