Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university
  • 4-5+ years experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a fast-growing startup or tech company
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Experience with HR software and tools for recruiting, onboarding, and benefits administration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the recruiting process to attract top talent across all departments
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to build a diverse and high-performing team
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions and hiring plans
  • Oversee the candidate selection process, including interviewing, assessment, and offer negotiations
  • Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure new team members have a seamless transition into the company
  • Create and manage orientation sessions, training programs, and resources to support new hires
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process, making improvements as needed
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks
  • Ensure that all benefits are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with employee needs
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our company values
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans
  • Identify training and development needs and create programs to support employee growth and career progression
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and employees to enhance their skills and performance
