Head of Performance Marketing

Summary

The job is for a Performance Marketing Lead at ElevenLabs, a growth-stage AI voice startup. The role involves managing performance marketing efforts, scaling existing channels, testing new ones, directing CRO experiments, and recruiting and managing an in-house team of performance marketers.

Requirements

• 5+ years in performance marketing either through your own companies, top agencies, or high-growth startups
• Strong analytical abilities to analyze and allocate spend
• Significant experience with at least one channel (preferably Google ads and/or Meta) — scaling campaigns from 0 to 6/7 figures per month. You can audit an account, and optimize for targeting
• You know what high-converting landing pages look like and can work closely with an engineer to build them
• You understand the value of quality creative and rapid iteration, and can build the creative testing engine
