Summary
Join Koddi as a competitive and solution-oriented B2B go-to-market leader to expand our business within the APAC region. This role will establish our presence, determine our GTM strategy, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer management. You will build and implement the APAC regional strategy, partner with marketing to build a pipeline of leads, lead sales as an individual contributor (initially), and develop executive relationships. You will also design and execute the go-to-market process and work closely with Koddi's leadership team on strategy implementation and reporting. This position requires significant experience in enterprise SaaS sales within the retail media and ad tech industry.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience required, with a preference for successful experience in enterprise SaaS sales in retail media and ad tech industry
- Ability to understand and communicate complex business needs and propose corresponding technology-based solutions through a deep technical understanding of the product
- Ability to make independent business decisions considering both the impact to client satisfaction and overall financial ramifications for Koddi
- Demonstrate an ability to inspire confidence and work collaboratively with customers, management and peers
- Self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude
- A strong team player and communicator
- Energy, impeccable integrity and personable demeanor
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable in a fast-growing environment
- Ability to identify and develop strategic partnerships
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Passport and Valid driverβs license with proof of insurability
Responsibilities
- Build and implement our strategy for the APAC region
- Partner closely with marketing, successfully building a pipeline of leads and new clients to expand our brand in the APAC marketplace
- Lead sales as an individual contributor to start and will build a team as our presence grows
- Own the executive relationships in the region
- Develop, design and execute go-to-market process to deliver Koddiβs product and solutions
- Work closely with Koddiβs leadership team on implementation of GTM strategy, reporting pipeline, forecasting
