Requirements

  • Proven experience in Capital or secondary markets including pricing, hedging, and loan sales
  • Experience using PPE and other capital markets software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build bespoke solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong customer-focused attitude with a keen understanding of how to address customer needs and pain points

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to understand customer requirements and create tailored technical solutions that align with their needs
  • Lead technical pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops for clients to showcase the value and capabilities of our products
  • Act as a subject matter expert for capital markets and our products, understanding their architecture, features, and integration possibilities
  • Design and develop proof-of-concept solutions, prototypes, and custom demos to address specific customer use cases and challenges
  • Provide in-depth technical guidance and support to customers during the implementation phase, ensuring seamless integration and optimal utilization of our solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, working closely with the customer's technical teams to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to communicate customer feedback, feature requests, and improvement suggestions to influence product roadmaps
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations and insights to the organization
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the solutions engineering team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in mentoring or leading junior team members
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, systems architecture, and cloud technologies
