Hr Assistant

Summary

Join WelbeHealth's PACE program as a Human Resources (HR) Assistant and contribute to a supportive team dedicated to helping seniors. This 100% remote role involves supporting HR processes, including onboarding, HRIS, compliance, and general inquiries. You will maintain HR records, assist team members with questions, and participate in team initiatives. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and one year of HR experience is required. Requirements

• One (1) year of work experience or internship experience in human resources
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out onboarding processes including communications with incoming team members, HRIS records and compliance documentation
• Maintain records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
• Assist team members and supervisors with questions and processes relating to talent processes, payroll, policies, and compliance
• Participate in team documentation, process improvements and other Talent team initiatives
• Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
