• Experienced: 10+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, with at least 6 years in a consulting capacity within the marketing and agency space
• Knowledgeable: Proficient in advanced analytics, employee engagement, and performance management
• Industry Expert: Deep understanding of the marketing and advertising industry, able to quickly learn and adapt to Goodway Group's business environment
• Innovative: Continuously introduce best practices and innovative PX solutions

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Leaders: Proactively anticipate and stay ahead of development needs, presenting relevant solutions to address evolving business requirements for the function and LOBs supported
• Coach, Consult, and Diagnose: Work with business leaders to identify needs and recommend tailored PX solutions
• Change Leadership: Act as a change agent to redesign PX processes and support business transformations
• Analytics and Insights: Utilize data to develop new or enhanced PX programs
• Engage with LOB Leadership: Regularly meet with LOB leaders to discuss key PXBP topics and strategies
