Summary
Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as an HRBP intern and contribute to various facets of Human Resources. You will support onboarding and talent development, focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). This role offers experience in generalist HR projects and operational tasks while developing DEI expertise. Key responsibilities include team follow-up, supporting HR processes (compensation reviews, internal mobility, learning and development), supporting DEI actions and projects, and conducting HR best practices benchmarking. The ideal candidate possesses prior HR experience, fluency in French and English, strong organizational skills, proactivity, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 1st experience in Human resources (development, recruitment, or operational HR administrative tasks)
- Native-level French and fully fluent English and ready to collaborate with various stakeholders both French and International
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactivity and eager to discover new HR topics
- Passion for people and a good understanding of human dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of Microsoft office
Responsibilities
- Ensure and support a smooth onboarding for new hires
- Follow-up day-to-day HR topics
- Coordinate and process employee departures, handling exit interviews and ensuring a smooth offboarding experience
- Conduct and document regular people interviews, providing insights to improve employee retention
- Organize and facilitate discussions to gather employee feedback on specific topics
- Provide assistance during compensation review processes, including organization of managers meeting and analysis
- Support the development of our Talents and implementation of internal mobility programs, planning employee transfers and promotions
- Participate to job mapping and career paths programs
- Support teams to access learning and development programs and check employee’s expectations and development
- Support searching and deploying of DEI initiatives, promoting an inclusive workplace culture
- Participate in projects aimed at fostering a diverse workforce and ensuring equitable practices
- Help in gathering data and strategic information to present to the representative bodies
- Research and analyze HR best practices to identify opportunities for improvement within the organization
- Benchmark HR processes against industry standards to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness
