Summary
Join ScienceLogic's HR team as a Business Partner, supporting the global Sales & Marketing organization. Collaborate with leadership to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, coach employees on career development and performance management, and strategize for workforce planning and succession. Manage compensation programs, lead large-scale initiatives, and resolve employee relations issues. Enhance the employee experience by improving internal resources and stay ahead of HR trends. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 7+ years of progressive HR experience (3+ years supporting Direct Sales), and strong business acumen.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years supporting Direct Sales teams
- Deep understanding of Sales Operations and Inside Sales functions
- Experience leading base pay administration and performance management in complex environments
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proven track record of conflict resolution, change management, and organizational effectiveness
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and think resourcefully
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and a knack for translating HR strategies into practical, impactful solutions
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing leadership teams to drive and execute HR strategies that align with business goals
- Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insights on career development, staffing, employee relations, and performance management
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, business unit restructuring, and succession planning to keep our teams ahead of the curve
- In partnership with the Sr. Director of HR Operations, manage compensation programs, salary structures, and market studies to ensure we remain competitive
- Manage large-scale initiatives like performance reviews, organizational changes, and workforce planning to enhance productivity and engagement
- Navigate complex employee relations issues with effective investigations and resolution strategies
- Work with HR, Marketing, and Multimedia teams to refine and maintain our internal SharePoint site (JARVIS), a go-to hub for employee resources
- Continuously explore ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the HR functionโs impact
- Lead performance review programs and implement solutions that drive change, enhance culture, and promote employee success
