Requirements

• Be an advanced student in Human Resources/Labor Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related career
• Have intermediate English skills
• Possess curiosity and eagerness to learn
• Have effective communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. Demonstrate the ability to act with empathy and kindness
• Be an open team player

Responsibilities

• Assist employees in their onboarding and offboarding process using BambooHR, administrative processes, personal files, equipment, medical care, and others
• Collaborate and assist on internal initiatives to improve our culture: company’s benefits, events, annual trips, etc
• Ensure the correct loading and maintenance of data in our data tools (e.g. BambooHR, Appsmith, Power BI, etc) to feed our area with just-in-time information, predictions, and continue on the path towards People Data Driven
• Collaborate with internal communications (Muttversary & birthday flyers, Slack messages)

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in a similar position
• Be an Excel and/or Google Sheets friendly user
