Summary

Join Precision's HRIS and People Analytics team as an HRIS System Administrator! This fully remote position (Poland, Hungary, Serbia, or Romania) focuses on optimizing employee data usage to drive talent strategy. You will be part of a global team, supporting SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong HRIS management, problem-solving skills, and collaboration abilities. This role involves working with various departments and senior leaders to improve data integrity and support HR initiatives. You will contribute to HR data transformation and global scaling efforts. The position reports to the Associate Director, HRIS and People Analytics, based in the US.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human Resources, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing technical support for SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience working with People/organizational data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, diversity metrics, etc.)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • HRIS report writing experience

Responsibilities

  • Deliver frontline support for SAP SuccessFactors HRIS and other systems as identified and necessary, addressing user inquiries, system errors, and performance challenges
  • Participate in system testing and validation efforts for new features, enhancements, and integrations. Handles systems configuration, user access, data integrity and provide technical support to the different stakeholders
  • Play a key role in supporting the HR data and technology portfolio, helping to continue to scale the organization globally through insights, self-service, and company-wide reporting and processes
  • Contribute significantly to our HR data transformation, supporting various data and HRIS related tasks and projects as we move to a new global HRIS
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and enhancements
  • Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and promote idea sharing and standard methodologies. Translate business and talent issues into questions and hypothesis that can be tested with data
  • Develop scenarios and test cases, generate test data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product system readiness for HR launch
  • Act as an internal consultant by understanding business needs, scoping data requests, synthesizing insights, and recommending solutions to key business partners
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures
  • Utilize prescribed department change management processes to report anomalies, errors, inaccuracies, or inefficiencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
  • Project management experience
  • PowerBI experience
  • Prior experience with large-scale HRIS implementations
  • Broad knowledge in HRIS and other HR systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
  • Possess superb communication skills, solid attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment when dealing with highly sensitive and confidential data
  • Adapt readily to changing priorities; offering solutions to challenges or problems as they occur
  • Establish rapport, credibility, trust, and respect throughout the organization at all levels
