Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and advisory support to the business groups at Jobber
  • Manage and resolve complex employee issues
  • Collaborate with other members of the people team to create best in class solutions
  • Participate in our people team strategic planning process
  • Stay connected to the tech sector by providing insights and advice on a rapidly changing competitive landscape
