Requirements

  • Experience in a P&C Business Partner role for GTM
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Experience in a similar fast paced growth industry with highly technical leaders will be favorable
  • Experience in leading complex ER issues from identification to resolution
  • Experience in diagnosing and rolling out organiszational development programs targeted at improving organizational capability, performance and culture
  • Strong organizational skills, the ability to successfully complete several tasks concurrently
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to coach and support managers from varying backgrounds
  • Maintain documentation and record keeping, and meet deadlines
  • Strong ability to build and manage strong working relationships across a range of stakeholders whilst maintaining confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience using a wide range of information technology systems and software and proven ability to learn new systems with ease
  • Proactive, Energetic, self-starter
  • High level of integrity, can exercise good judgment and discretion given access to highly confidential information
  • Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Support GTM Managersย with advice and coaching on people and culture matters
  • Lead change initiatives, including culture change and organizational transitions
  • Guide people processes like performance reviews and talent assessments
  • Partner with hiring managers and recruitment teams to attract and hire talent
  • Assist with managing headcount and related costs alongside finance and leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and boost efficiency
  • Ensure policies align with business goals and comply with legal requirements
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights that inform business decisions
  • Coach leaders to improve employee engagement, performance, and retention
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects that support business goals
  • Manage performance processes, including improvement plans and probation reviews with managers
  • Handle employee grievances, legal matters, and risk issues
  • Provide timely advice on HR policies and practices
  • Help managers review and improve current work practices for flexibility and efficiency
  • Coach managers on employment laws and managing contracts
  • Support managers with hiring, changing, or ending employment contracts
  • Oversee employee exit processes, including terminations and complex exit interviews
