Summary

The job is for a HR Specialist at BELAY, a growing Atlanta-based virtual staffing solutions company. The role involves coordinating HR projects, administering employee surveys, OKRs, CFP process, onboarding, and other HR responsibilities. Requires a BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience, strong analytical skills, confidentiality, flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, action orientation, strong verbal and written communication skills, team player attitude, high degree of autonomy, and ability to work remotely.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Data analytics/measurement experience with HR data preferred
• Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy
• Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation are essential for this role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team player who is willing and able to “roll up the shirt sleeves” to get a project done when needed
• A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely
