Implementation Project Manager

Summary

Join re:Members and bring new systems to life, supporting powerful products used by hundreds of non-profit organizations. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will lead software implementations, assisting clients with requirements definition, system configuration, progress tracking, and risk mitigation. You will manage relationships and communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding schedule, scope, changes, and budget. The role also involves creating documentation and mitigation plans. Success in this role requires 2+ years of experience implementing SaaS software, a BA/BS degree in a related field and PMP certification (or equivalent experience). Passion for helping non-profits and eligibility to work in specified states are also essential.

Requirements

• Worked for at least 2+ implementing SaaS Software
• Earned a BA/BS degree in a related field and PMP Certified or have equivalent work experience
• Passionate about helping non-profit clients with transformative change
• Eligible candidates reside in one of these states: DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV

Responsibilities

• Lead software implementations assisting customers with requirements definition, system configuration, tracking progress, and assessing and mitigating risk throughout
• Manage relationships and communication (i.e. internal, client, 3rd party vendor) related to schedule, scope, changes, and budget
• Create documentation and mitigation plans

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with no-code/low-code integration platforms, SQL, data analytic and data warehouse software preferred
