Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in POS (Point of Sale) or similar software in the Hospitality and Retail sectors
• Degree in Computer Science or similar
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage business relationships with a consultative approach
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to make decisions aimed at improving the quality of the company's products and services
• Ability to analyze existing facts and figures of problems to identify causes and successfully develop solutions
• Ability to choose between existing alternatives by analyzing data and information to make definitive decisions
• Ability to identify all possible strategies to achieve expected results, recognizing priorities and urgent needs
• Teamwork
• Technical knowledge: Familiarity with POS/TPV hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Project management: Ability to manage projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met

Responsibilities

• Advise, install, and customize POS and digital solutions (mainly remotely)
• Conduct analysis of training needs and design programs to train users and colleagues in the use of software packages and appropriate information systems
• Collaborate with a project team, gaining a full understanding of the goals, objectives, and specific audiences
• Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and business models
• Recommend and implement solutions and improvements
• Record and understand the requirements for complex customer solutions
• Provide technical demonstrations of products and solutions
• Identify customer training needs, organizing remote or on-site training sessions
• Support implementation projects with testing and technical documentation writing
• Assist application programmers, system developers, and other IT professionals in developing and testing IT products and services
• Provide solutions to improve organizational efficiency and productivity
