Summary

Join CodaMetrix as an Implementations Program Manager and play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of our AI-powered autonomous medical coding platform. You will coordinate customer implementations, translate customer requirements into technical plans, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to drive customer success, work with various teams, and contribute to innovative healthcare solutions. You will be responsible for the technical execution of customer implementations, collaborating with Solutions and Implementations teams to understand customer needs, and facilitating communication between teams. You will also prioritize and track progress, analyze customer requirements, identify needs outside current capabilities, and contribute to process development. The role requires strong program management experience, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Required 5 + years of experience in program or project management, preferably within a SaaS or healthcare technology environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding processes and best practices
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate effective meetings and drive collaborative decision-making
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into actionable plans
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong focus on customer success
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the technical execution across all customer implementations, ensuring technical deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Solutions and Implementations teams to thoroughly understand customer business objectives, workflows, and high-level implementation requirements
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the Implementations Team, Engineering, and Integrations teams to ensure alignment on implementation goals and deliverables
  • Prioritize and track progress across multiple customer implementations, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks and roadblocks
  • Analyze customer requirements from a strategic perspective to determine the optimal implementation approach, considering both current product capabilities and potential future development needs
  • Identify and surface any customer requirements that fall outside of current product capabilities, providing clear business context and potential impact to the Product team
  • Contribute to the development of internal processes, methodologies, and best practices for efficient and scalable customer implementations for both existing and new product offerings
  • Monitor and report on key implementation metrics, providing insights to improve the overall customer onboarding experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with healthcare IT systems or medical coding processes
