Requirements

  • Quick learner, capable of digesting both technical product knowledge and complex process requirements
  • Self-starter and hard worker with an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Inquisitive mind, desire to learn and hunger for constructive feedback
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the JumpCloud organization as well as our prospective customers
  • Written and spoken English proficiency required
  • This is an in-office role and your physical presence is required in our workspace
  • 1 year of professional experience preferred (SaaS, retail, customer service, education, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Receive and evaluate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Qualify and convert to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Successfully hand these leads off to Account Executives to create the pipeline that fuels new business generation
  • Conduct outreach to warm and cold leads (email, phone calls, Linkedin and more)
  • Create and personalize email outreach sequences and call scripts
  • Partner with SDR Managers and Account Executives to develop outreach strategies
