Summary
Join Jamf as a Small Market Inside Account Executive and embark on a sales career focused on B2B sales through channels. This hybrid role, based in the Netherlands (preferably Amsterdam), requires excellent time management and communication skills. You will nurture existing customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure timely renewals. The position demands a year of sales experience and proficiency in English. Requirements
- 1 year of sales experience
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Communicate regularly with a defined list of existing small market customers throughout the year to identify areas of need for business growth and new solutions
- Communicate our renewal process to our existing customers, ensuring customers are renewing on time and meet targets regarding our customer retention rate
- Interact and communicate regularly with resellers through phone and email in order to ensure timely renewals
- Help existing customers realize the full potential of their Apple devices by working with customers to identify additional Jamf solutions that fit their needs
- Understand customer business needs and schedule technical demonstrations with your System Engineer or relevant channel partner
- Enter new opportunities and related information into Salesforce.com to document and manage sales activities
- Develop well-rounded understanding of Jamf's sales philosophy, market and customers
- Know how to position Jamfβs solutions against competitor offerings
- Accurately process customer transactions such as price quotations and purchase orders
- Understand and explain the business value of Jamfβs solutions to customers
- Lead and close sales opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in software sales within high-growth technology companies
- Professional working proficiency in French or a Nordic language
- General experience selling in both direct and indirect (channel) models
- General experience navigating and negotiating contracts
