Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B sales as an Inside sales executive
  • Must be based in Bangalore, India
  • Must have prior experience of working with leads and customers in US & must be open to work with overlapping US working hours (6PM IST to 3AM IST)
  • Knowledge of working with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo etc
  • Excellent communication, articulation and active listening skills
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, including qualifying leads, objection handling, commercial negotiations and closing deals
  • Experience of selling both to a business and a technical audience
  • Demonstrated success by achieving quota on a consistent basis
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and having the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads, make sales presentations, negotiate deals and close sales
  • Work on the inbound leads in the Americas region
  • Qualify leads by evaluating their needs, budget & assessing interest in Plivo’s offering
  • Articulate Plivo’s capabilities and overcome objections to closure
  • Prepare formal commercial proposals and present them to the decision makers
  • Liaise with relevant internal teams & ensure successful onboarding and speedy contract closure
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management in a timely and consistent manner
