Institutional Business Development Executive

Summary

Join Notabene, a remote-first, globally distributed reg-tech company, as a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive enterprise sales across the Americas. You will lead outbound and inbound sales, own the full sales cycle, build relationships with key teams in your accounts, partner with other teams for smooth transitions, educate customers on crypto compliance, represent Notabene at industry events, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting. This role demands 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing seven-figure deals and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services. Based in New York City or a major financial hub in the Americas, you will expand Notabene's presence among major financial institutions. Requirements

• 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with proven success in institutional financial services
• Track record of closing seven-figure enterprise deals
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services
• Based in New York City or major financial hub in the Americas

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound and inbound sales within your region
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, product demos, negotiations, and closing
• Build relationships with compliance, risk, legal, and innovation teams in your accounts
• Partner closely with Solutions and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and expansions
• Educate customers on the value of compliance in crypto transactions (e.g., Travel Rule, VASPs)
• Represent Notabene at industry events, webinars, and local conferences
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
